Vox Alchimia, Land Art in the Loire Valley

Vox Alchimia is an artistic experience offering ways to understand the Renaissance through the prism of alchemy.

A Land Art trail through the landscape

The Château-monastery of La Corroirie welcomes artists from different backgrounds and sensibilities to develop a Land Art trail, with works installed throughout the valley. The trail invites visitors to encounter nature through the artists’ eyes and to approach landscape in another way.

The life of the monks of La Corroirie, with its vegetarianism, contemplation and silence, resonates with certain dimensions of alchemy. The trail allows connections to emerge between the history of the place, contemporary creation and the relationship with the landscape.

Discover Vox Alchimia at La Corroirie

The trail can be discovered at the Château-monastery of La Corroirie, along a Land Art route embedded in the landscape.

Open every day from 11 am to 7 pm, from 1 April to 11 November 2027.

Access to Vox Alchimia is included with the visit to the château-monastery : €5. Guided visits are €12. Admission is free for visitors under 30, students of any age, recipients of minimum social benefits and registered jobseekers.
