When the number of guests exceeds the accommodation available within the château, additional places to stay can be sought nearby. Each arrangement is considered individually, according to the number of people and the nature of the gathering.

The details emerge through conversation: how many people are coming, how the rooms will be used, whether meals are wanted, how much time will be spent outdoors, whether a meal should be served on site or greater independence is preferred. From these details, the most fitting form gradually appears.
